INSTRUCTIONS.

Enclose the following AFTER downloading the form above:

  • A letter from your senior pastor within your denomination.
  • 2 standard passport photographs
  • Photocopy of admission letter with complete financial implication
  • Brief outline of candidate’s vision
  • Photocopy of all documents
  • Referee reports from 3 christian elders, one must which be from your church.
  • A photocopy of your exams result. (Important)
  • A self addressed stamped envelop.

Please note that applications after March may not be reviewed that year.
